“You know in todays world, it's hard to find a person or company that is honest, hardworking and have the interests of their customers first and foremost. We were lucky, we found Ready Rooter. My daughter actually found them first and recommended them to us, when she needed her dishwasher installed. We woke up this morning and found we had no hot water. My immediate thought was the water heater and went to check it out. The pilot was not on, and I could not get it to come one. So, I called Ready Rooter and Tim immediately responded, said he could be out between 10 and 11 and politely asked if that would work. At first he diagnosed that it may be the heater and those alone cost around $550 not to mention the labor price. But, before he confirmed that, he checked around and found the leak in on one of the couplings that fit around the flexible copper tubing for the heater. He replaced the tubing checked for any more leaks and said that should work. Now, its not surprising that he found the problem, because he's good at what he does. But, he did not charge me anything for the labor or the tubing he replaced. He has forever not only earned my trust (could have charged me for replacing a heater), but my future business as well. I HIGHLY recommend READY-ROOTER. Tim and Jake are simply the best....”
