Eco Express Car Wash

For periodic car washes, this is our go-to place. It's a super convenient location and we've never had to wait long to get through. The employees I've interacted with have all been personable. Admittedly, I'm not a "car person" - give me the basic $8 wash and I'm happy! So for that, it's been great.

Update 4-22-23:
The ownership and management of this car wash proved me wrong. They did step up and take ownership of damage caused by the buffing wheel and more importantly, made it right. Their integrity and genuine desire to fix the damage was consistently demonstrated throughout the repair process.

My Ram has now been restored to its original condition and I want to warmly thank the site manager, Katie, for all she did to make this happen.

I am now a customer again!

Original review 11/13/22:

My Ram 2500 was damaged in the car wash bay yesterday (11/13/22). As it moved on the conveyor past the wax station it moved to the air dryers and buffer. The drying and buffing wheel got stuck on my front end and tore my front hood / grill molding off.

So far, the folks at this location are not communicating with me. They seem to be avoiding the issue.

I'd be careful with driving your expensive vehicles through a car wash like this with owners / managers are not willing to own the damage they cause.
