We purchased our ebike, interceptor, and a week later both my wife and I rode into the shop on a Sunday morning for a tune up. We happened to be in the neighborhood. Tucker greeted us took us in and tuned up the brake in no time. What was remarkable is that he did this two hours before the store opened for business. Who does that.”

“The store is okay, they have a decent selection at very fair pricing. The biggest issue I have with it is that it seems like all of the employees assume that you're going to steal so they watch you as if you might be a thief. I don't really care for that, but because it's close to my home and has competitive pricing I put up with it. I would probably recommended to people if the employees were less hawkish.”
