  The on site manager called 911 saying someone was shot and then about ten minutes later shot and killed my dog. When he showed up at hospital to bring his dogging for quarantine because his dog bit the person I was with at the storage I said why did you shoot my dog was he attacking your dog he said no f you I had a bad day I've been going there for 7 years I don't think that's very good customer service

  Service was amazing. Jennifer Morris was friendly and understanding. Not sure why they don"t have large units available? The place looks huge?
