Totally random, I picked this place off of Google. The owner at this sweet flower shop was so accommodating! I had a very specific request for a sympathy arrangement and she went above and beyond to accommodate. Even though I ordered the flowers in the late afternoon, the owner went out of her way to deliver them the same day on her way home from work. The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating, and the arrangement was gorgeous! Definitely using this shop again!

I highly recommend petals of poetry for their Expertise, Excellent Customer Service, Quality, Etc. A reason why. I am in Texas it's late Saturday afternoon I called numerous flower shops in Temecula California and either they were over priced, closed or would not deliver to Pala Shelley owner went the extra mile to help us with making a gorgeous infant casket stray which was urgently needed by Monday. Cute store with one of kind gift items and beautiful flowers and arrangements for all occasions. Love all the cute home décor! I also love the variety of soaps, luxurious lotions and bath salts. I have also seen the beautiful arrangements that are made for weddings and they are spectacular. Wow!
