“My daughter needed malaria medication for 4 months. Our insurance company wouldn’t give more than 2 months. The remaining 2 months cost almost $500! The pharmacists gave us ideas to get around the insurance company, including getting a 2nd prescription of a different medication which would do the same thing. they also called the insurance company countless times to get it covered. And they were always so nice and concerned. We felt so bad asking them to call over and over, and they never showed any frustration - only a true desire to help. And even gave us a website with coupons to get us a much lower price in case the insurance company wouldn’t cover it. I have always loved this pharmacy and the pharmacists working there and like it even more after this incident.”
