I don't understand all these comments about negative service because she has been very nice. There are no boxes or supplies out that you can take. You have to stand in line and ask for them. While this location is busy, it is still much faster to go here than the one on Alessandro that seems to be a half hour wait no matter when you go.”

“The five star rating is only for THE EMPLOYEES at this specific Post Office location. I do understand that thy're doing the best job they can with what they have, which is nothing unfortunately. I don't understand why this location is always understaffed. I feel bad when I come in watching the 2-3 people handle all the mailing and packaging services on top of all the people who come in with mailbox issues and mailbox key issues. The hours at this location are the most ridiculous hours I have ever heard of! If you can visit the Post Office in Sun City off of Cherry Hills Blvd I would recommend you do that. They open at 8:30 am and close at 5:00 pm. Now those are realistic business hours!”

I find the employees there pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and patient. While at times they are quite busy and there are lines, they get things moving as quickly as they can (i.e. call in employees from the back).”
