I have lived at a few different communities over the years but Sequoia is easily the best management company I have ever lived at. The community really does have a home feel. It is kept clean and the events the host really do bring the community together. I love that they feature different food trucks making dinner an easy affordable grab. 5 stars is truly not high enough, if I could I would rate them 10/5. “My husband and I were overall satisfied with RE/MAX - The Murray Team. We found that signing all documents online was at time a little overwhelming for us. We were sometimes unsure of what we were signing. The Murray Team was always very patient and helpful when we had to call with our questions. The only issue we had is that there was not enough communication between us "the seller" and the listing agent. A phone call periodically to reassure us that everything was going on schedule would have been welcomed. A text would be another way to reach out. There was some confusion regarding one of the appliances. We were told to take the refrigerator, but on the walk through the selling agent was under the impression that it would remain in the house. We were lucky to be able to purchase one to be shipped to our new home on time for our move. We give RE/MAX - The Murray Team a good grade.”

“These guys are amazing! We were traveling and noticed our brake lamps were out. We had a hitch installed at U-haul in San Diego, turns out they did a horrible wiring job. Long story short the original wires installed were dragging and were exposed. We found these guys on the road, pulled in, explained the situation, they took us on our word, didn't not even confirm we were Uhaul customers. The replaced the wiring and burned out brake lamps for no charge! Amazing. We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend.”
