“Lance is amazing! We were relocating to Temecula and needed a nice rental until we could settle in the community and begin house hunting. We started with one agent but she had a conference so with our timeline she gave us to Lance to help while she was gone, we stayed with him through the entire process. She was so sweet but I truly feel Lance was meant for us all along! Lance was so helpful, so patient and quickly responded to all my emails and texts! He made himself available to our chaotic schedule and showed us over a dozen homes before we finally chose one, he knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us so many different options to choose from. We really felt like he was on OUR side, he wanted to make sure we were happy, and never at all pushy for us to pick one and get it over with, MIND YOU, this is just for us to rent!
