“My overall experience with living at Canyon Crest View Apartments has been exceptional. I relocated from Phoenix AZ 10 months ago and when looking for apartments the friendliness and sincerity we received from Erica made us not want to look anywhere else. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and attentive all our needs. There are issues such as older appliances, the extra charges for water and hot water which is why I give it 4 stars. It would also be a benefit and an attraction to more tenants that after their initial lease has expired that they would get a discount for signing a new lease but I understand these are issues related to the economic climate and aren’t controlled by Erica and her team! You have all been a please to work with and look forward to many more years of residency.”

“I lived here for a few years and wished I could stay longer. I love Jennifer & Jose (maintenance). Actually, all the staff are nice & helpful. One thing I like about this apartment is that they do background checks --which helps me feel a little more comfortable of who my neighbors are. The area was well kept. If there was any concerns, they would take care of it. I just wish rent didn't keep going up. It went up $400 in the last 3 years! Also, I wished the walls were a little thicker. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay..”

“We've lived here 8 years and maintenance and office staff most always helpful in a timely manner. It would be nice to have the continental breakfast reinstated twice a month. I think that would be helpful to a lot of the tenants who live alone. Noise pollution from upstairs neighbors has increased over the past year and they are very disturbing at times. The rent here is keeping up with California rents overall and does not really consider seniors at all.”
