She gave me instructions on how to expedite my order. This is two days before Christmas. Not only did they complete the order which looked amazing, they delivered it, Christmas eve, late at night! Who does that??? My niece had been going through a lot lately and if I could pull this off, it would make Christmas that much special! The supervisor was very diligent in checking everything out and making sure that her and I were on the same page in understanding the packaging compared to the website. She gave me an additional 10% discount for the trouble and misunderstanding. I encountered 3 young employees during my visit. They were very happy to help and service was very pleasant. The customer service I received was great!”
