I had an excellent buying experience with Oxford Car & Truck. The salesperson I dealt with was Harold Carter. He was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful.
I was shopping for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler 4X4 with a manual transmission, which I located at Oxford Car & Truck. Harold answered every question I had about the vehicle and even took additional, detailed photos of specific areas of concern I had and texted them to me.
After reviewing the photos and coming to an agreement on price, I drove 600 miles from the Orlando, FL area to purchase the Wrangler. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, and I was out the door with the Wrangler in less than an hour.
Everyone I encountered at the dealership, including Harold, the dealership Owner and the Manager was friendly and helpful. The Owner even gave me a tour of the attached automotive shop where they prep the vehicles for sale. It was spotless and organized and high tech - very impressive.
Oxford Car & Truck exceeded my expectations in every regard. When it comes to auto sales, they are the gold standard that everyone else should aspire to.

I haven't bought a car here but know the staff here are great and helpful. The vehicles are good quality and if the car isn't working properly they will do whatever it takes to make it right. I would definitely go check out the inventory here if I was looking for a vehicle to purchase b4 I went towards Raleigh bc they have better used cars right here so why waste gas if u don't have to.

Great and very polite staff. I bought this baby a year ago and have had no issues and everything worked out well because the silver mustang I had cost us so much to repair and wasn’t worth having anymore after everything was fixed. And of course OC&T took care of repairs in the transmission which is rare from my experience with dealerships and obliviously they did fantastic. I’ve been able to spend money elsewhere that was otherwise saved for repairs in fear of having a repeat experience and like I said OC&T made sure I was covered and I could not have asked for a better experience so thank you.
