Helpful. Polite. Quick. They take drop ins but suggest making an appointment for your convenience.

Brought my tahoe in for a simple smog. Absolutely awesome staff! I forget then gentleman's name precisely, and I know I put their cars around here somewhere, but the Hispanic fellow, about 5'11-ish, heavy build, great dude! Superb customer service, his associate as well, the asian gentleman (again, sorry I forget their names).

Only needed to ask me a few questions and get the info from my vehicle and had the job done pretty quick. I was their last client for the day and I was having a hell of a time trying to prioritize a couple errands (gas cap seal was ineffective so I needed to replace first otherwise the machine would throw am immediate fault and fail the test) that nearly ended with me not being able to return for the day.

But the gentleman informed me that if I could try and make it back ASAFP, he would hold the shop open for about 15 minutes late (I think because he already had everything typed into the system and only needed to get the whip on the machine and run the test (which is relatively quick and easy process for the technician) but fortunately I was able to make it back with some time to spare and not require him to stay very late.

If you check my review log, you'll see that I don't write too many review, as I'm sure too many of us miss the opportunity to let people know how our experience was (believe me, there are MANY instances where negative reviews could clearly demonstrate that some employees absolutely trash a company's reputation or at least location, costing the business.. only God knows, how much, in the long run.

This is, for as long as I reside in the greater Sacramento area, my #1 Smog Spot! Thanks guys, stellar service and representation!

We took my daughters suv here today and once again the guys at the Smog Spot are awesome!!! I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They are so helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. I’ve never been to another smog shop like this. They take pride in their work and appreciate their customers. Thank you guys again!

Great place to get a smog. Friendly staff. Quick and accommodating. Been back several times with different vehicles. These guys honest and trustworthy techs. They've earned my business and I highly recommend them.

I took two cars here for smog. Clint was at the desk, very professional, and prompt service at a well maintained facility. Highly recommend!
