My husband and I had never been in before and Logan helped us to find the perfect solutions for our aching feet. We planned on possibly purchasing one pair of insoles and left the store 4 pairs of insoles and two pairs of AMAZING shoes later. Sold for life on fleet feet. Only wish I could give 10 stars!

(October 17, 2022, 4:55 pm)The Folsom store has amazing customer service! I purchased a new pair of running shoes in July, but changed brands which seemed to cause pain in one ankle. The store helped me troubleshoot the problem and ultimately swapped out the shoes for the brand I had previously been wearing. If you're into running, this should be your only destination for shoes and gear.
(October 10, 2022, 9:32 pm)This is the only store I trust with all my running and exercise needs! Specifically Kirk. He is so friendly, remembers my name and interacts with my kids. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives the best possible recommendation for you because he takes time to listen to what you need. Fleet Feet is also backed by an amazing return policy so I don't need to worry if something doesn't work quite right for me. Highly recommend this store and ask for Kirk if he's available!
