Nice mobile home and trailer park in a nice neighborhood.
ABSOLUTELY Love The RV park, Manegment Charlet and the big guy really respond quick fixing problems, they love animals helped me watching my poor dog, they are a lot of laughes and fun . lived thier for 6 months 2021. Picture is Lake Natoma. Going back soon.
I spent 18 months at Folsom Village RV Park and loved it the whole time. I’d still be there if I was still working in El Dorado Hills. The park is perfectly situated in Folsom. It’s near Folsom Blvd and has easy access to Hwy 50. The best thing about the location though is the walking path that leads you right into Old Town Folsom. Your really close to Lake Natoma, the Johnny Cash Trail and a quick drive to new Folsom and the Palladio outdoor mall which has summer concerts and two movie theaters as well as a bunch of good shopping (I’ve been told) and a slew of great places to eat (I know about those first hand). Folsom Village is filled with nice neighbors and is very quiet. It’s extremely well managed by Charlotte and Will and is kept really clean and well manicured. During the summer, the trees and foliage are so thick and lush it’s like living in an actual park sometimes. The laundry facilities are spotless and easy to use with the PayRange app. If I ever move back to the area, and they have a spot open, I will definitely be moving back into Folsom Village.
I've been here for two years now and love this place, old folsom, bicycling, fishing, light rail. The management has been more than wonderful to me and great people. Folsom Rules!!!!
Great Place for my son to grow up. Nice lil community and also has a safe feeling to it. New manager has a stern no nonsence look which is comforting to know hes in charge with all the kids in the park. He works hard to keep park running he always seems to be busy. Overall I like this park.
