Lakeside Village Mobile Home Park

I have been selling mobile homes for quite some time and Lakeside Village is one of my favorite communities. The Management team is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. I feel good knowing that my clients are well taken care of and treated nicely by the Doreen and her husband Jim. They are both very helpful and accommodating. The park is very well maintained, the clubhouse has recently been remodeled and offers weekly and monthly events for their residents. The pool, spa and patio are clean and offer serene views of the large greenbelt framed by large trees. Its a beautiful park in a great location.

What a great experience we had here from the initial contact with Doreen, the park manager, when inquiring about living here all the way through purchase and eventually the sale of our mobile home. The location is so convenient to local shopping, lakes and bike trails yet tucked away and private from all the hustle and bustle of Folsom and the surrounding communities. The neighbors were friendly and the park events were always fun and inviting. Just wanted to leave a post to say thank you to Doreen and the staff for making the experience an amazing one!

We were very happy with the RV storage facility at Lakeside Village Mobile Home Park. The management was very pleasant and accommodating. The monthly storage fee was very reasonable.
The storage yard is quiet, clean and very well maintained. It is easy to access through a secured gate. Within the storage yard there is a place to wash your RV and a dump station. It is very convenient to have both of those amenities. We highly recommend this facility for storing your RV. Thank you.
