“*** UPDATE: My positive experience with the American Heritage Hospice services was based on 3 wonderful individuals: Paula, Jasson, & Inga. All 3 have since left this company. *** We used American Heritage Hospice for my dearly loved grandmother. She was a very special person who deserved the very best care. With American Heritage we got a whole team caring for her. All the equipment she needed arrived promptly and was kindly setup in our home while I was picking her up from the hospital. So, by the time we got home, it was ready. Any time we had a question, we could get someone on the phone at any hour. We had several nurses who rotated in caring for my grandmother’s needs as well as my whole family’s well-being. Our nurse, Paula, was so gentle, sweet and compassionate. In the end, we were all so grateful for her care we exchanged hugs. But, I can’t say enough about what our other nurse, Jasson, did for my family. As my grandmother’s illness progressed, we needed help through the night. Jasson showed up on short notice and took incredibly good care of my grandmother through several sleepless nights. When he handled her, he was always very gentle & respectful with her. He was able to get her positioned better, breathing better and more comfortable than I or my family could. And I even learned a couple things watching him skillfully care for all her needs. He connected with my entire family & we truly enjoyed his company; not just in the peace and security of his skilled presence (which was an immense relief), but also as a wonderful human-being. He got us to laugh & smile even in the most tragic days of our lives. He became family. Since the time of my grandmother’s passing, I have actually grown closer to this company and its staff. I have witnessed the dedication and genuine desire to serve well and serve generously across their entire body of patients. Paula, Jasson, & Inga went above and beyond.”

“I am use to going to clean,relaxed spa places. Places in which one can have a glass of wine or tea along with a snack. Or the option of sitting in a steam room. Since moving from Vancouver,BC to Sacramento it's been difficult to find a place of equivalency. That along with nice features there's a more modern decor. Simply Spa has most of what I seeked and is my favorite so far!!! They offer a really nice robe, along with slippers to change into. Have a nice seating area where tea and snacks are offered. They give a warm neck pillow (that actually looks nice and goes with the whole atmosphere they set). They have soft melodies playing and the rooms are just so nice, clean and modern with decor. Not like other sketchy massage parlors I've viewed online. Def must try!!! Jennifer is so kind and polite, I love her personality.”

“Love Sam's club. There's always great deals and tons of options. This location always has lots of kind employees and is very clean. The food court of course has great cheap options as well. My favorite being the pizza combo. Check out their berry and lime mountain dew, too. Super tasty!”

“We love their food here! The food is flavorful and authentic. I am planning on using them for catering for my baby shower. Only thing I'd say is I did get a combo plate to-go and it was the enchilada and crunchy taco plate and they put the taco with the enchilada and the bottom got soggy, so I'd be sure to have that put separately.”
