went there twice so far & they are super quick to make your food. great food, at a good price. first time we went, the lovely waitress was super quick to get our utensils & water, she came to check on us multiple times during our visit, but during the second visit, we went & it was super busy so they forgot our utensils, & didn’t come around to us as often besides bring us our food :( but overall great place to dine :))

Came in on a chilly Monday Evening & was greeted & seated quickly. Given menus with water without saying too much. Ordered food came out quick as well. Food was perfectly cooked with better than expected flavor. Definitely going to come back here again & try the Lunch menu next. Thanks Guys for a wonderful experience with awesome food!!

We went for late lunch and was seated right away. We ordered spicy wonton appetizer, har gaw, shrimp crispy noodle, and mongolian beef with fried rice (lunch menu). The portion was good. The food tasted good (nothing spectacular)

- Spicy wonton: the wonton skin was soft & the pork filling was flavorful. But I wish they put more meat inside. The chili was spicy and good.
- Har gaw: good. A bit dry but lots of filling inside
- Shrimp crispy noodle: the noodle was a bit burnt on the edges but the rest was crispy. The sauce was good & lots of shrimp pieces
- Mongolian beef with fried rice: it was ok. The beef was tender & flavorful. The fried rice was nice.

Overall, a good Chinese restaurant. The portion is good. Would come back to try more items.

Tried Andy’s for the first time tonight and was super impressed. My husband got the pork dumplings and I got the kung pao chicken with fried chicken and we shared the green beans. The food came out fresh, had tons of flavor and the service was excellent. The owner even came out and asked us about our meal. We will definitely be back soon!

EXCELLENT Chinese food and Dim Sums! Restaurant is clean and up to date. The quality of food was top notch and the dim sum, kung pao chicken, and green beans were very flavorful and served hot! We met Andy and he is a super kind and friendly guy. He is committed to quality and customer service. This is added to the top of our Folsom Chinese food list! We are excited to return soon!
