Nice park. Good parking. Trail is well marked.
Beautiful place! Great trails! Dog friendly! Quiet! I highly recommend visiting!
A very nice park. Part of Fairfield County Park District. The park has 2 trails. One allows pets. Trails are for the most part easy with a couple sections moderate but by no means difficult. It has a nature center but not open yet. Also a decent size pond (fishing and swimming not allowed). The park is not large but it has a lot to offer.
My new favorite place to enjoy a nice short hike (30-60 min) and trails are not too difficult. They have separate paths for people and pets. I've enjoyed several encounters with wildlife like chipmunks, squirrels, and groundhogs. Visitor center is not opened yet but there is a porta potty located in the corner of the large parking lot if you walk the concrete drive down to the buildings, in case you need it. Enjoy!!
Quick and tasty. For each sandwich you buy ( any type) you get a free cookie. It's not that busy in this location and customer service here is good.
We stopped in for a quick lunch after seeing their billboard ad a few miles south of their location as we were driving north on CA-99. Their vegan sandwich was perfectly assembled, and the service was as expected at a fast food deli. The service staff asked us whether we would still like the free cookie as It was not vegan. Smart folks! Appreciate their critical thinking.
Go to this place whenever I'm in town. I live in Las Vegas. And they don't have them out there. Love the hang loose sandwich. It's my favorite
Nice park has two trails that wind thru the woods, wide enough for 2 to walk. Nature center not open yet.
