My "hcome" gym is the Rancho Cordova location. I had gone in with a couple issues regarding my membership and account. The lady that happened to help me was training another employee for her new management position. Both ladies were extremely friendly, understanding and they were certainly very helpful. My issues were resolved right then and there and I was able to use the facilities right after.

Gym is great!! The equipment is also good, always clean. The staff is so welcoming and always in good spirit. If you're looking to switch gyms or get in shape this is the place to go. I highly recommend you going and taking a tour of the gym, it's a no-brainer.

For the most part I love it. I have only one issue. Late night staff can be hard to find for assistance with using the black card perks. I have waited at the front for up to 15 minutes with nobody there to help me. I get tired of trying to hunt someone down and now I just leave. There should be some type of a bell clients can use to let staff know when customer service is needed. It doesn't seem fair for those of us who can only come in late at night.

I really love this place. I workout here 4-5 times a week. The staff are friendly. They clean the floor and locker room very often which is very good. I usually go there around noon so it wasn’t too busy. I always had great workout here at this PF.

This place is always 👌 clean. The staff here are awesome and always uses and have a great vibe. I love this place.
