Cesar, the parts specialist, helped me beyond belief: took all the time in the world to find the correct part 4 my Highlander.
He is the quintessential customer service rep. and is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
This man should have his in store. If I still had a business I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

I was in today, 5/1 and picked up 2 wiper blades for my car and washer fluid. As I was filling the roommates car, I found out her blades were not doing so well. So, back to O’Reilly for 2 more! Got home and replaced one easy, other not so much. Back to the store for installation assistance! Shaun came out and immediately noticed the blade would not fit, and I (thinking ahead) brought out another one that looked like it would fit easier. Sure enough it did, and said not to worry about the slightly higher price for the other one. Awesome customer service and I’ll be back for blades, bulbs and anything else I feel comfortable with repairing myself. Thank you!!!
