“So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it’s hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn’t, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I’m so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he’s so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I’m so thankful for your hard work. “Good overall service. They did the job in 15 minutes - 4 tires replacement. But be careful with their estimates. We asked how much total would be and mentioned that recycle fee, they said $80 is our total, but after they already finished the job they said for recycle we have to pay extra $20 ($5 for each tire) so we can no more go to another place where recycle is actually free. But we asked them twice before the work started! So they gave us “special” $10 off from that recycle fee. Might be because our front tires was just about a year old, and had more than 70% of thread left so they can easily re-sell them.”

I'm not going to lie I was nervous at first the place looks pretty sketch from the out side but do yourself a favor and don't be put off by it. They are extremely friendly and professional. I had my work done by Karo who went above and beyond. He answered any questions I had and didn't make me feel like just another girl that didn't know anything about cars like other places I've been to. He was extremely honest as well, which was quite refreshing after dealing with other auto shops. Yes the shop doesn't look as nice as the Mercedes or BMW shop does but if you don't want to over pay for work and still get quality work and service then you should try this place out. We needed a new catalytic converter and the guys over there had it within 1-2 days and got us right in to do the work at a really low labor cost! They use name brand parts that are backed by their guarantee. The car was making a weird sound and I just pulled right in and within minutes they had it up on the lift to check it out. It was a minor fix and I was on my way. Such a relief to deal with a company that wants to help you and stands by their service . Greatly appreciated!”

Got my tires done twice this week and last week in less then 5 minutes the job is done and didn’t pay a dime for it. They check all my tire pressure making sure everything are all good before I left.
