Highly recommend! Easiest couch purchase EVER. Lots of options to choose from. Tim was very patient and extremely helpful. There was no pressure to buy what I didn’t want or need. As a woman shopping for big items, it can be quite difficult and stressful. But with Tim it was a breeze. I got the sectional I wanted at a reasonable price and it was just delivered today with no issues whatsoever. The guys got in and out and set up the couch in seriously about 20 minutes. Time slot for delivery was 3:15-7:15. They reached me about 4:30ish and sent a text she. They were about 10 minutes away. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop with Beck’s for other purchases in the future. We absolutely love the new couch!

I worked with Jacob at the Beck’s Furniture store in Sacramento. He was very helpful and took the time to reply via text and phone call. He was very patient when items were not available for me, and helped me pick out a few furniture items for my new home. The prices are great.

Jacob was the gentleman who helped me and my daughter today and what a great help he was. He listened, showed and explained to me everything. I explained colors I wanted , how deep the cushions I wanted and that I really didn't want to wait for months to have it come. We walked the store and he showed me my options while reassuring that if I didn't love it I should not settle on it. It was 3 hours of his time and I appreciated it. As well as a huge shout out to the manager. I wish I had gotten her name. She helped me get the 5 year protection plan which I really couldn't afford. Must say the customer service here is amazing and it should be your first stop when searching for new furniture. Ask for Jacob.
