  Very helpful, accommodating staff. I called ahead for the equipment I needed, and they described the choices and offered to set mine aside. Everyone I encountered in the store acknowledged me and offered to help. The cashier was knowledgeable as well. Great experience

  Iv been shopping with them for years. Good prices fair selection and helpful employees. I go mostly for shoes and camping equipment. The have a good mix of products.

  It's difficult to get help but it is tons of fun just to wander the store and look at everything. Big five is one of those places you want to have time to cruise the store.

  Great selection of boots. I like the Hi-Tec brand after owning a pair for 2 years and beating them to death daily. Went back for another pair and the same employee helped me as last time. I didn't like the price so he looked and found they would be on sale in a few hours so gave me the sale price! Awesome customer service!

  The people here were really nice and they help me set up the tennis ball rack I really appreciate how nice a word to me since they didn't really have to help me with that and they had stuff on sale in the store.
