He was very friendly, smiled, loaded and unloaded my luggage and offered to wait until I got to my car, since it was night and I was traveling solo. He was an absolute angel!”

“I picked up the car and it seemed to be a little worse for wear. I drove it to Mt Shasta and Saturday a malfunction light came on that said to check the Owner's Manual. Its a rental car, so there isn't an Owners Manual in it. Also, it happened at night, Enterprise is closed. Sunday comes, light comes on again and Enterpise is closed. The light came on four or five times. I called in Monday morning and spoke to a woman who said I needed to call Roadside Service. I said I am on my way back to you, I don't have time to call Roadside Service and the car should have been checked out before I ever picked it up. Again, its a rental car. When I dropped it off, I explained what happened and the man said I was charged a late fee to which I said I dropped it off earlier that I had originally said. Its all about customer service Enterprise and you are seriously lacking in this area. I am calling my bank to dispute. I am re reviewing Enterprise at Sacramento Airport. They ended up refunding me one day of the rental charge. They obviously are very concerned about giving great customer service and after my initial review, they took necessary steps to correct the problem.”

“April at the Sacramento Airport location provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond today. I left my cell phone in the rental and when I realized it, the car had already been driven off the drop off location. April went and found it for me and returned it to me. I am so grateful for her help!”
