  I absolutely LOVED my experience with Second Summer! When I started looking for a bridal shop online in the Sacramento area, I immediately loved the vibe of SSB because they had such a wide variety of dresses of all styles. I was looking for some very specific and relatively rare features in a dress, but Karla looked at some pictures of the dresses I liked online and found tons of lovely, and interesting options for me to try. She also started out by asking about budget and was very mindful of my limits when selecting different dresses. What I enjoyed most was her ability to help me decipher my feelings about each dress and ask the right questions to guide me to the perfect one (I cannot stress how much I appreciated her help in this area!) She also gave me space and time to think about the dresses and discuss them with my mom and sister instead of rushing a sale. Her knowledge of design and dress construction was super useful in deciding what could be altered on different dresses and how they would look. I would highly recommend SSB to any of my friends or family!!

  Second Summer Brides are super helpful and friendly! Their selection of gowns is top notch. With Karla and her team at your disposal, you'll have no trouble finding the wedding dress of your dreams.

  I entered Second Summer Bride thinking I was already settled on a dress from another shop. Carla beat that dress in every way including price with the first dress I tried on. Then, she beat that first dress with the second dress I tried on and I said yes! After that, Sophie and Carla helped with tips on accessories and hair. They were very COVID conscious, which is much appreciated, everything felt clean, safe and comfortable. My mom was there and my maid of honor was able to virtually participate via Zoom with Sophie as the camera person. The whole thing was so easy and so fun! Thank you so much ladies, I’m so excited about my dress!

  Hannah was amazing! We loved the experience at Second Summer. We felt comfortable, heard, and completely ZERO pressure to buy. You need to come to second summer!

  I had been to two other bridal stores and this one immediately had quality and beauty that you could see in each of the dresses there. An amazing lady named Emily helped me out and her energy was fantastic. She listened to what I was thinking and wanting and she was full of knowledge to find the perfect dress for me! She assisted me with all the dresses I wanted to try (and there were a lot of them because they carried such good stock!) and she provided great support and feedback. We found my dress that I'd been hoping for and she made such a dream come true of a dress shopping experience. The people were great, the atmosphere was great, the dresses were great, would highly recommend coming here if you want a unique and wonderful dress and experience!

I bought my dress from Second Summer Bride on November 12, 2016. I gave Karla, the shop owner, an idea of what I was looking for and she helped me find what I believed to be the perfect dress. Karla told me that my dress would arrive in 3 to 6 months, which I estimated to be no later than May.
