“Don't judge a book by its cover, sometimes the best ones have the dustiest jacket. I will admit I was hesitant to do business with Atlantic Auto Sales due to their reviews but I am so glad I didn't let them stop me. The staff (Alex and Kevin?) were very friendly and accommodating as the process was a bit lengthy and I had my infant with me. They worked with me to get terms I could work with and paid top dollar for my 2011 sedan trade in, Which I traded in for a 2014 Toyota Highlander and I LOVE IT! Everyone has their own opinions of dealerships, just as they do of everything else but I would hope that you give them a chance as I did. They listen well and allow the customer to make their car selection got their convenience and do not force any decision making to a customer. Other car dealership try to force the sale. Also, their prices are extremely lower than their competitors. I have shopped around so many dealerships and by far THM Auto has the lowest price on any given vehicle. I bought my Toyota Corolla in 2020 from here and I just bought my Dodge Ram truck in 2021 from here too. I have never had any vehicle problems with both cars from this dealership. And with my credit plus the fact I already have an existing car loan, that was beyond impressive. Good customer service, quality vehicles to fit any ones budget and or situational credit criteria. Love the truck I got. Had a few minor tweaks to do to it but nothing I couldn’t handle. Simple things that anyone should do anyways. Change oil, flush fluids, simple stuff. Main thing for me is that I literally had no expectations of walking away with something but the magic Ruben made to make it happen, and not only got the car I was looking for but better than what I had in mind.
