  I will definitely bring any gear here for repair again. Quick turnaround, great customer service and just an enjoyable time at drop-off/pick-up. All around a 100% quality repairman.

  There is a certain magic that happens at Tube Sonic. My Bandmaster VM was there for an intermittent problem that has baffled many others who own this model. Even Fender has given up on it. I was ready to turn it into a boat anchor but Shane is like a "terrier with a slipper." He kept at it. I would say that he just repaired the problem, except that my amp came home sounding better than it ever had! It's now incredible. Flawless....

  Shane was professional and upfront about all the service he needed to do on my Fender Super Champ. Replaced a tube which was causing volume to fluctuate, and also replaced the speaker which improved the sound 100%! He also has some fascinating insight and stories about amp manufacturers and his work. I will definitely go here again if I need service on ANY tube amp I may need work on in the future. Highly recommend, and he is an authorized warranty service technician on many manufacturers amplifiers.
