(April 25, 2023, 3:17 pm)Every detail of how this place is designed reflects intentional thought about what the concerns and priorities of residents are likely to be. Coworking spaces are very nice and ideal for remote workers. The Press overall is pretty, clean, efficient, and user friendly. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive giving a welcoming vibe. The Press also honors the history of it's location as the former site of The Sacramento Bee, which is pretty cool.
(January 24, 2023, 11:07 pm)We’ve lived here for a little over a year, and there are definitely a lot of perks. Parking on the street is a major challenge, and parking in the garage is way too expensive for us. It’s only going to get harder to park when the new restaurant opens. Jessica is my favorite person up front, she’s super responsive to requests and complaints and is always a positive and smiling part of my day. And she loves my dog!!! The 24/7 gym is my favorite part. Having the pool is wonderful in the summer, and we love all of the different places to lounge in common spaces. It makes living in 600-something square feet more manageable when you have beautiful spaces to go hang out in.
(January 19, 2023, 12:01 am)I relocated to Sac for work. The trip from SoCal to Norcal was terrible because of the rain and the flash flooding! Not to mention the gusty wind! However , besides the “biblical” rain storms, I truly want to thank the staff for making my transition smooth and easy. I’m highly impressed with the apartment complex, my apartment, and the overall community. I can’t say it enough, the leasing office staff went above and beyond to help alleviate the stress and burden of relocating! Kudos to you all for your hard work! Cheers! Thanks Romeo , you’re the bomb!
(September 28, 2022, 3:13 pm)By far the best apartments I resided at for the past year. The rent is on the higher end but they are definitely worth it. The building managers are top notch because they are always friendly and professional. The grounds crew do a great job maintaining the landscape and are very helpful with addressing issues in the apartment. Also, I very much enjoyed how easy it was walking to all the parks, cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants.
