“I've been by Chita's plenty of times and never had an opportunity to stop in. A small place with only a few seats. Order at the counter and they bring you the delicious food to your table. We started with guacamole and chips, so tasty. I had a sope with carnitas and a side of beans. A LOT of beans for a side! Way more than expected for a side. My daughter had the chile relleno plate. She ate 95% of it. We agreed we will definitely return!”

“I finally found my happy place! A friend of mine (from OC) had suggested I try out F45. So glad I did. Went to the 2 week trial, I love it so much I signed up for the unlimited and I’ve been going everyday since with rest days of course. This speaks volumes because I was very inconsistent with going to the regular gym where I’d take spin and yoga. When I was walking up to the studio one day and I saw Hunter, trainer/owner of F45 Midtown waving hi from inside. The small gestures of kindness that makes me feel welcome from these human beings is definitely helping with my mental health specially I was scared, nervous and felt unsure before joining. Thank you Hunter (Owner/trainer), Mark (manager/trainer) and the trainers for making me feel welcome and comfortable. I love that I can show up and get a killer workout without having to think of what I need to do. The workouts are explained clearly and demonstrated so you know what to do, they also show modifications in case you have a hard time doing a specific workout. “I rented from Richard for several years at one his homes on I street. While the house needed some work from time to time, the work was ultimately done. I preferred his style of hands off, versus some of the busy body corporate landlords in the area. He was always fair to me in negotiations and when I moved out in the middle of the lease after several years he gave me back my deposit which was not even owed to me, as technically I broke the lease. Ultimately he's not perfect but was a kind man and one I enjoyed renting from.”
