ROWDY

This class was a total blast! From the music, energy, lighting, vibe, workout, all awesome! The time flew by, I wanted more! I cannot wait to take the class again and for it to come closer to where I live so I can take it all the time!

This is an innovative and FUN way to work out! You really lose yourself in the music and the movements, without being overwhelmed by complicated choreography  -- no special dance experience required. Just a good attitude, willingness to sweat, and a great cardio and muscle-toning experience. Can't recommend it enough -- if you feel like walking out of your workout with a huge smile, this is for you.

I adore this class. The class combines cardio, (high-knees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers) strength (lunges and squats) with dancing (easy to follow and fun choreo). The instructors master the perfect balance of easy to learn yet lively choreography. The music is fantastic and I never want the class to end! I love going to this class with my friends because it brings me the same sense of joy I feel after a night of dancing--and its a great targeted workout.
