Small gym with big heart. I love Josh's coaching style and everyone was very welcoming. Good training and muay thai. Also good fighters that come from this gym. I will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend this gym to people looking to improve their muaythai game.

I have been attending this gym for quite some time now and I keep coming back for more! It is an awesome environment to set and reach personal goals you have set for yourself. The coach is a genuine guy who truly loves the art he teaches and is very good at coordinating and communicating with all of his students. My favorite characteristic of this gym is the ego is left at the door and the students that go there are extremely helpful feels like such a family vibe.

I have been going here for about a month now and so far I'm loving the training. The gym is small and the coach does his best to coordinate with the students regarding class portion sizes. The coach is very communicative and responsive to inquires. If I stay in the area, I will continue going to this gym.

Another (big) plus is that the coach keeps the gym super clean and hygiene is very important.
