They are both very nice, professional and explain every detail. We are sorry that my sister wasn’t nice to you initially. She was so worried and scared about my grandma. Windsor Sacramento is not only a secured facility for Alzheimer’s and dementia residents, but they pride themselves on a dynamic approach for all patients needing care! Everything they do is centered to promote an environment conducive to healing and reducing hospital re-admissions! I had great experience on my tour and would recommend this facility to anyone needing a skilled nursing facility for their loved one.

This is a great place to work and a great place to send family members to be taken care of. It is a locked down facility for our dementia and Alzheimer patients for our patients' safety. The staffs and the administrator are amazing. They work so hard for the residents and treat the residents with respects and dignities. I am so proud to work for Windsor Sacramento. I had a great experience with Windsor Care Sacramento last week. One of our immediate family member was there and we had chances to visit him. The administrator and all the healthcare providers treat us very nice. We see the warming and family atmosphere around us. And we know our loved one is in good hands.
