“I have had the pleasure of working with the staff and speaking with the residents at Norwood Pines for six years. The staff is open, caring and willing to work in extremely difficult circumstances. I was always impressed with people that chose the occupation of working with the elderly and people that needed rehabilitation due to physical limitations and disabilities. Now I can add that it is an extreme pleasure to work with so many staff members that chose to put others first even in the face of COVID 19 and what it meant to them personally. In my mind these people are angels on earth and I am grateful to be able to work with them. The residents at Norwood Pines are a joy! I love going to the facility just to see them. There are quite a few residents that are ambulatory and I love seeing them on the back patio singing to the songs that are playing or dancing to the music. So many come to mind just thinking about it. Or even just sitting enjoying the music. I also like to watch them watch the birds that the facility has in the back yard. There is also a bus stop where they can sit and relax with a friend. I think they like Norwood Pines because they have the freedom to be who they are and the staff embraces their limitations with care and compassion.”

They are both very nice, professional and explain every detail. We are sorry that my sister wasn’t nice to you initially. She was so worried and scared about my grandma.
