“I’ve visited the Yemaso gyms in Idaho and Reno, but I had never yet been to the HQ location in Sacramento. What a great morning! The only 5 AM clas I’ve ever been to in my life. And it made it super easy to get to work on time without missing breakfast or a shower! The mats were perfectly clean. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. But the technique was the cleanest of all! Crisp, clean, safe, effective technique. We worked standup, which I’m always grateful for. And I got some solid adjustments to both my arm drag and my Russian tie up. Perfect way to start the day. “The best !! I live on the other side of town and go out of my way just to come to this location because of the customer service. Emilio is the BEST! Amazing customer service experience. I am a regional employee auditor however I used to work for quick quack a few years ago so I personally know how difficult it is to be an employee during the summer heat, but Emilio looked great! Great energy, great vibes, just so welcoming. I went around to let the manager (Theresa) know, and SHE was even amazing! She as well had great personality, and such welcoming vibes. I personally love this store, I literally pass about 3-4 quick quacks just to come receive such great customer service! If this store was one of my assignments I would recommend They BOTH need additional recognition aside from this review! A promotion, raise, paid vacation SOMETHING!
