The Harlow Apartments

My experiences with The Harlow have always been excellent. Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here.

I have been living here a year and I love it. The manager Elizabeth is very helpful and is very welcoming. Rob and Corey the maintenance guys work wonders. They are very efficient and get the job done. I'm so happy to call this place my home. To have a wonderful team to deal with. They all go above and beyond to make sure we all are happy here. Would definitely recommend to anyone this should be your home.

Been living here for 5+ years and have to say it's a great gated community to be apart of! The office is always helpful in answering any questions and are always there when you need them. Maintenance staff are amazing and always come quickly when a problem arises! Also the apartments are nice and clean compared to any others that I've lived at previously! Hands down 5 Stars!
