“We feel so lucky to be with Tokon Martial Arts during this pandemic. Sensei Marcus and Sensei Christina were very quick to get live online classes up and running. Not only are the classes abundant, productive and engaging, but they've also incorporated access to additional world-class training. Of course, we miss seeing everyone at the dojo and nothing can replace the energy of the in-dojo classes... but our daughters (12yo, black belts) are keeping their skills polished and are progressing in many areas. Tokon has also started social-distance outdoor classes, which we plan on attending in the fall. They have classes for all ages from littles (4/5yo) to adults. “Hello! I've been using my CPAP since November 2014. I started out with the mask but switched to the nasal pillows. What do you use? Do you still take blood pressure medication? I hope to be taken off of mine at my next appointment.
