“John is the go-to for auto glass! My car was hit with what John said was most likely a piece of metal. Glass had shattered in my vehicle; which was a pretty scary experience. I called at 7 am that morning and was told John would be there from 10 am-12 pm. I can't recall when he arrived but it felt like he was there immediately. He handled everything right there in the driveway. He was friendly, professional, efficient and so kind. He even took care of the glass that was shattered in the car. “The staff at Maaco were fantastic. I wanted a color change for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Hyundai only had the darker blue, which was nice, i just wanted a lighter shade. They quoted me a reasonable price. When I came in to have it done, they made a huge effort to find exactly what shade I wanted (who knew there were so many shades of blue?). Once we settled on one, they went to work. They told me it would take 3 days, it took 3 days. When it came time to pay, they charged me the quoted price, no attempts to get me to pay more. Results were beautiful. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend.”

This was my second Harley motorcycle and overall my fifth. These guys are great. I personally would only work with Sacramento HD and specifically with these guys. We hit a small bump during the financial process but Chris was able to come through to meet my expectations on that with no issues. Scott was the best Fit Specialist I've ever dealt with. He really cared about hearing me out and what I'm looking for in a bike and was patient and professional during the whole process. Most importantly he was not overly pushy like other salesmen in a dealership community where they just want you to sign and go on to the next customer. “Absolutely remarkably great service for a small $35 order. While I have used Ferr Parts in the past, it has been a while since my last order. My car is receiving its 30,000 mile engine out major service and my mechanic called to make me aware that my fuel tank cap was missing its rubber seal and asked if I had it. To my knowledge, it never had one as I purchased the car used. Fearing I would need to buy an entire expensive fuel tank cap, I went in search of just the seal and to my good fortune, I found an extremely affordable seal at Ferr Parts that is compatible with not just the fuel cap but the oil sump tank dipstick cap as well. While I was planning to order two of these, one a spare, on-line, I called Ferr Parts to double check, a nice young man confirmed they were in inventory and I returned to complete my on-line order. This is where it gets crazy. Within an hour of my order, I received a tracking number and notification that the parts were shipped. The parts showed up in my mailbox barely twelve hours later. All I can say is this is amazing service by any standard and I highly recommend Ferr Parts as a source for Ferrari parts as they treat all orders as "high priority" orders.”
