I used to do 24 hour and Planet Fitness, and those were great but I didn’t really know what I was doing and it was hard to be motivated to push. Coach Cait has been such an inspiration and huge help in my fitness journey. She’s knowledgeable, supportive and so much fun. The community at this gym is something I didn’t know I needed and now can’t live without. We all have so much fun together and I have some really great friends come out of it. And there’s no “macho bro” feeling there. Just people of all fitness levels who want to be healthy and have fun working out. If you’re looking for a new gym, at least come check us out. You might find a new home like I did.”

“They opened at 9:30am n My baby was scheduled for an circumcision appointment at 9:30am but the office didn’t open till 9:40am. The weather was cold n we was outside for at least 6/7 min. Went back to the car , waited another 4 min than the office opened. I would rate it a 5 star but 👆 … yes yes Overall, Dr, Zhang is a good doctor. Explain everything well and in details. Staff was very helpful and kind. I just wish the place is a bit bigger.”
