“I had such a great experience at Scandinavian Designs! After looking everywhere with no success, I found the exact bed I wanted on their website. I decided to go to our local showroom to see it in person before purchasing it. I was greeted immediately, and when I described what I was looking for, the associate took me right to it. It was actually at the front of the store. I asked some questions and they were all answered very knowledgeably. The bed was gorgeous, functional (thanks to the storage drawer), sturdy, and reasonably priced. As I looked it over and tested the drawer, several other customers took notice and expressed their interest, too. I wanted to look around at all the other beautiful furniture and the associate said he'd be there to help me if I needed him. I appreciated not being hounded, and was also impressed with how he checked in on me to see if I had any questions along the way. It was a really wonderful shopping experience. I purchased the bed that day and he was able to schedule delivery and assembly exactly when I wanted it. Delivery was a breeze, the assembly was quick and perfectly done, and the delivery people were very professional. This was an A+ experience from start to finish, and we're absolutely in love with our new bed!”

“First time in. Wasn't looking for anything in particular. They do have a LOT of stuff for inside and outside your home. It's so big that I didn't get cell reception! This isn't a place where I would get furnishings for my home that I use 24 hours/day. But, it's a decently priced alternative if you stage homes, or needed to furnish a VRBO, a guest room, or a small apartment quickly and cheaply. They have a ton of outdoor furniture, cushions, umbrellas, pots. The quality of these items is on par with a Target or Walmart. It was very well stocked. They have everything from dishes to decor. Area rugs to outdoor furniture. Mirrors, artwork, tons of bedding and bath items. Plan on spending at least an hour here if you want to browse the whole store. Employees were friendly.”

Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because that's what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, "you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract." One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair. I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew! The furniture is Flex Steel, Jade Series, dark grey in color. The quality is superior.”
