“I have been going to western dental for my mums appointments and it's always been so stressful. Finally after they made my mum suffer I changed insurance and came here. The ladies at the window were both so nice and helpful and the xray tech was so calm with my mum. The dentist was amazing the way she explained my mum and me about the issues. It was over all a very nice experience and now I will change my dentist and come here also. I would highly recommend this clinic 👌 👍”

“Beatrice Senior care is staffed with caring competent and compassionate staff. They make the patient feel comfortable and at home. It is a safe, clean and stylish home as well. Home cooked nutrient dense meals are prepared 3 times daily and everyone eats together. My mother was a resident in Beatrice’s home and she really enjoyed being there before the Lord called her home. She was cared for with dignity, bathed, dressed, styled daily. She was checked in every hour all night long- as the caregivers live on site, in the home. Close monitoring is a priority for them. I could not have chosen a better residential care home for my mother for her last weeks on earth. I am eternally grateful to the staff and Beatrice for their personal, loving care. Suzette Bole”

“The workouts are AMAZING because you never do the same thing twice. All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. It's not uncommon for me to burn 700 to 950 calories in a 36 minute period! I know this is true because my heart rate is being monitored throughout the workout and I can see it on the large tv screens. The program is effective and it's fast. I can come in, workout and be on my way in under an hour.”
