“My daughter accidently flushed the top part of her siphon hose from her fish tank down our toilet. It got stuck in the neck of the toilet. We could not get it to come out or go all the way down so I called Boyd Plumbing. They had their techician, Sean, come out the same day. Try as he might, he could not get it out either. He gave us 3 options to remedy the problem. Since our toilet was old, we decided to get a new one. We bought the one pictured, Sean came out the next morning and removed the old one and installed the new one. The price quoted and charged, which ended up the same, I think was reasonable. Now, we have a new toilet that will last us another 40 years. I would use Boyd Plumbing again for any other plumbing problem we may occur.”

He definitely lives up to his company name ! He came out same day right away and even fixed a few things as he was looking for the problem. He came out the next morning fix the whole issue and got it done in 2 hours!! He gave me a SUPER reasonable price that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I feel so blessed to have found him! I'm big on good customer service, so this did kind of bother me, but hey...... The smoothie was SO DELICIOUS! They have lots of healthy choices, so I actually drive 25 miles to get one. If I could leave a suggestion, it would be to offer a bigger size.”
