“A friend of mine could not get through on 911, it was busy. He called me because he felt people were trying to break in. I saw the situation and stayed in the area until the police showed up. I had ANOTHER person call 911 and she reported the same thing.... busy tone. Eventually she got through and shortly the police arrived. They did a great job of containment of the area, since they were not sure what to expect. I was treated with respect, even though I could have been considered as part of the "activity" I was treated as a normal person. I have stopped and thanked some of them for their service and again a positive response. I have been visited at my house and again, treated with respect as if we were neighbors. I feel GOOD and SAFE just to see them cruising around. As a retired military (60 - 79) I am HAPPY to have them on board! May GOD bless them and have a good day! A supporter of our RCPD!”

I am forever grateful for this pd. If you ever get the privilege to meet: Officer Austin Alverez you are in amazing hands. This officer is the most genuine and kind police officer ever! He goes out of his way for the community especially those with mental health issue's, it I not his job to continue to help after the initial call but he does, and that is what the community needs, is an officer who cares. I hope Folsom fp police chief sees this because you hired the best officer👏🏼. Especially those who were there thar night too. “Great customer service! Very hands on, informative and very educational! First they were kind enough to alert me my back tail light was out. They even gave me TWO handwritten autographs! They helped me out of my vehicle, careful to grasp my arm firmly to ensure a safe exit and helped me to the ground! After a free deep tissue massage with their hand held devices they ensured a much needed nap via spacious couch in the back of their cruiser. The free lodging and daily exercise at my new, rent free residence, ensures I'll have long pleasant stay. Thanks to my uniform clad rescuers-I've now made new shower friends and have severe amnesia!
