“We are here to try their Korean Hot Pot AYCE. I like it! They have the best quality meats and vegetables available for the AYCE hot pot I have tried before. The meats and the vegetables for the hotpot have to be ordered by the waitperson. However, I loved the Korean banchan, and lots of sides are available through the self-service buffet table. The Banchan dishes are excellent. The young lady who is taking care of our table is excellent. She always comes at the perfect times and ensures we get what we want, refill the water, and pick up the empty plates. I have a wonderful dining experience here at Bullta Korean BBQ & Bar. I'm sure I'll be back soon.”

“The food is delectable! It's the best soul food restaurant in town! I had the pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy. I also had the potato salad! My friend McYeeeeee the Shrimp & Grits and Candied Yams. Everything was so good!! The service was good, Chef Tom came out and spoke to us and the hostess and waitress Desiree were so sweet and friendly! I felt like I was eating with family!! The music they played was also fire.”

“Great place to check out certain genres of music. It's mostly considered a punk venue but it does diverge from time to time. The Cafe serves great fries and other bar food. They have wine "cocktails" that are in the 20-22% range but they do not serve hard alcohol here. They have beer on tap and in the bottle. The room where music is played is intimate and can be a bit loud so bring ear plugs. If you're into supporting local businesses and local bands, patronize this establishment. Enjoy and keep your head on a swivel.”

Inside, the space felt a bit cramped as the tables were quite close to each other, but this is a minor point when weighed against the delicious food and awesome service. Service: 4/5 The service was commendable, particularly our server Connor, who was friendly and responsive. The initial oversight with eggs in our vegetarian order was quickly rectified. While there isn’t a separate kids’ menu, the staff was accommodating in adjusting the spice levels to suit the kids’ preferences. Food: 4/5 • Pad Thai (For Kids): Tasty and kid-friendly. • Green Curry: aromatic and flavorful, this dish was a delight. • Pineapple Fried Rice: a delightful sweet-savory balance. • Pad Kee Mao: The highlight of our meal, perfectly spiced and packed with fresh veggies and tofu. We ordered our dishes at a 5/10 spice level but plan to try a spicier version next time. The portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. Parking: They have separate free parking available across the street, which was quite convenient. Overall, THAI - The House of Authentic Ingredients is a great spot for authentic Thai cuisine. Service was amazing, and they even welcomed us from being out of town and new to the Folsom area. Amazing service, amazing food (was made exactly how it was ordered), and fun, modern atmosphere. Great place to try something new and something delicious and normal like a Taro smoothie with tapioca. Highly recommend if you're new to the area or with a group of friends and family.
