“If you have a small dog only or no pets, you qualify to live here. It's a 55 plus mobile home park. Its mostly older mobiles and seldom will a home go up for sale as this is a most owners are here to stay. No rentals, just owners. But you are close to and right off Madison Ave w/ a straight shot to the freeway very close by. The space rent in this park is less cost than anywhere you will find, with low increases yearly.”

“Just rented for two weeks. Managers are super nice. Park is very off the track and secluded, city folks probably won't like it here but is a perfect place for this country boy. They have a dock on a sheltered side canal that word has it is great fishing, especially strippers. Small convince store next to dock. I highly recommend this place as a peaceful and quiet get away.”
