“I moved in here last August. It's a nice place to live. Lots of Friendly Neighbors. Fairly Quiet but not like a Graveyard. Most of the Yards are small and you just rent your space. But almost everyone has done some Landscaping, showing Pride in their Home. Some are even fully Fenced. If you're coming here for the first time, ask before you come how to get to where you want to be! Unit Numbers are NOT what you expect!! (Odd may be on left OR right. NONStandard sequence. Unit Numbers NOT always visible.) We have quite a few Kids around where I live and they are in the Streets, riding their Bikes, Skateboards, Scooters, etc or playing Ball which makes the Speed Bumps essential. And boy are there Speed Bumps! 14 of them to get to my place! No parking on the Street. But there are several Guest Parking Areas scattered around.”

“We were traveling from Michigan to Georgia and neede one night to rest. We had made reservations a few days ahead . Due to traffic we were running late for ck in. With minits to spare we were met by a very friendly lady. She explained the map and campground to us. We found our camp spot Got hucked up and settled for the night. Up early and back on the rd. Your campground was super. Level pull through lots. Very clean and quiet. We will be back. Thank you”

“We reserved our spot here about 8 hours beforehand. Thankfully, they had an opening since it looked pretty full when we arrived. We arrived after the office was closed and it was still easy to "check in". It is right next to the highway, but highway noise is the best white noise! It was NOT loud. No honking, sirens or any of that annoying highway noise. No loud noises from the people around either. The whole area is so nicely maintained and clean. We were very satisfied with how clean the bathrooms and showers were. The staff was very friendly and nice when we made our reservation over the phone. The price is unbeatable as well. We would definitely stay here again!!!”

“This is #1 RV park in the area as a single momma with a 15 year old beautiful daughter I don't have to worry about her or myself the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and everyone looks out for one another here. It has everything you need from washer/dryers on property to an ICE machine big enough to take care of everyone fill your ice chest or fridge and the most beautiful stocked pond with big catfish and bass or small for the kids to catch a great dog park for your pet to run and you won't find a better kept yard. Take it from me go here first then look around you won't be disappointed with this place.”

“We have been here for over 27 months and really have enjoyed it. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of room to walk our dog. We enjoy sitting outside by the fire pit playing cards. We have had long term and even just overnights come and everyone is like family. We hate to be leaving here. Been a wonderful place and working to get it looking beautiful. It sits off the Double AA behind a Salvage yard so some people can't see us from the road really. You have full hookups, WiFi, picnic tables, horseshoes, we even put a sandbox for the kiddos. There is storage units and even RV storage. Stop in and give us a try.. Manager and her son are helpful and all around awesome people. 😀”

“Another mama friend and I rented the deluxe cabin while we volunteered for a weekend event hosted at KOA / Boulevard. I have to hand it to the KOA crew-- The team was super helpful throughout the weekend. My friend and I have kiddos under 5 who came along, and the cabin rental was key to a smooth and successful experience in the August heat (90s and sunny). The KOA staff really went above and beyond to help us get what we needed all weekend, and their efforts boosted both the event and our experience...So A+ customer service. The facility itself was lovely, clean, and well-stocked. Lots of fun for the kiddos with the pool, archery, hiking paths, koi pond. I'm looking forward to returning to simply relax and reconnect with nature.”

“While traveling alone from Minnesota, I had to spend several weeks in the Dallas area. I was very happy to find this RV park, even though it's not fancy and there's not much for kids to do. All I needed was a safe place to stay that was quiet, conveniently located, and provided water, sewer, electricity, a laundry room, and trash disposal. This place was perfect for me. The owners were friendly, cooperative, and helpful and the price was also very reasonable. The laundry facility had very nice men's and women's restrooms that each included a shower. Quite a few tradesmen were there and they agreed with my assessment. I will definitely be back.”
