“This really is a cute looking MHP. The homes are well maintained and the gardening had a neat and crisp feel to it. The Hawaiian theme could easily be over done; that is not the case here. The Hawaiian theme is in the social areas but not carried over to the natural setting like the pleasant looking lake when you first drive in. Unlike other communities the roads were well maintained.”

“This is a plaza located north of Marine Parkway. Though built in 1977 or so, it has been well maintained. Grandma Sally's Restaurant is one of the businesses here. There is TJ's, Community Florist, a hair salon, a barbershop and a pharmacy. Only 4 stars because the parking lot needs to be redone.”

I read the comment about the mail... there is a dedicated security camera watching the mail to ensure no foul play. “Winding Creek Mobile Home Park is under new owners and they have straightened out the park they got rid of all the Riff Raff and it's really a nice park now they are constantly fixing it up they paved the roads they redid All the plumbing so I give five stars to the people that are trying hard to make this place a Better Living conditions for all of us and the manager is really cool she does a really good job and works hard she takes care of two trailer parks. 😎 Thanks For Caring !!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The park is kept clean, is maintained well, has many options for recreation and was easy to book online. Our site had awesome Adirondack furniture to enjoy too! The only 2 things that could have made it better are if our site had more shell and less dirt (with the dew, our RV was pretty dirty) and if the other patrons had picked up after their dogs in the dog run area. I spent my dog walking time picking up after other people's dogs so my dogs didn't step in it or worse. We will definitely be back though!”
