“I have lived here since 2011. Yes the place was nice when Keith Buse owned it but the new owner is still making progress as to remodeling the place, restaurant and park area. When a park was lax on things and when new people step in and change things then of course people dont like it. And when you pay your rent and follow the rules then you dont have anything to worry about.”

“I looked at every mobile home park in a 30 mile radius. This one is awesome, clean and has nice people here. They allow small and medium sized dogs, they keep it well maintained. Its run very well. I would not consider any of the other parks I looked at. Its 10 minutes to Spanish Springs for live entertainment, great shopping and restaurants all within 10 minutes. GREAT Family Park. Highly Recommend.”

“Clean, well-kept restroom / showers. Boat ramp included with camping rate. Very secluded yet less than 10 minutes from town. Significant number of long-term visitors gives it a community feel. Very quiet at night, almost too quiet. You may have to provide your own table; there wasn't enough for everyone when I was there. There is a well-stocked market nearby with fresh meats and vegetables.”

“This is my second stay at The Grand Oaks Resort and I still love it. This time I stayed in a single cottage and don't it very comfortable and quiet. It is a duplex with a double next door and an 8 stall barn attached. Fridge, stove, King bed and full bath and central A/C. Sofa opens into a sleeper. Dog friendly with a fenced area for your dog right off the front door.”

“What a beautiful place to stay. You can not have a more perfect place to stay. Green grass, horse pastures, arenas, and stables. Great evening walks that are beautiful and relaxing. Scenery is spectacular, oak lined streets to give you that back in time feeling. Everything is well cared for and and in working order. Sites are very spacious and clean. Staff has been great. The bistro is great for food and the French onion soup is to die for. This is our second time staying here and won’t be our last.”

“We have come Holiday RV Village for 19 years. Until last fall, it was Holiday Travel Resort. It is now owned by Cove Communities, based in Arizona. Most of their parks are modular home parks. With 935 sites about 700 permanent, we aren't sure the direction big business would take the park. We travel in a motor home and come for 1 to 3 months. So far, improvements started by previous owners have continued. All sites have 50 amp electric. We come because of all the activities and friends we made. They are changing pricing structure. Hence I can't give it 5 stars. No one knows the plan for the future. We will be back one more year.”
