“We really enjoyed our stay! The park is kept clean, is maintained well, has many options for recreation and was easy to book online. Our site had awesome Adirondack furniture to enjoy too! The only 2 things that could have made it better are if our site had more shell and less dirt (with the dew, our RV was pretty dirty) and if the other patrons had picked up after their dogs in the dog run area. I spent my dog walking time picking up after other people's dogs so my dogs didn't step in it or worse. We will definitely be back though!”

“We visited a friend there. 99% were very nice to us. Very friendly. The other 1% didn't say anything. That's OK. We felt welcomed. People at the pool were great.”

“I went to see a manufactured mobile home that was for sale. The property is very well kept, and this particular community has sidewalks. Most do not, and it makes a big difference in the overall feel and look of the property. They have many amenities to participate in and numerous activities.. The office staff are informative and very friendly. It is in a very good location. Check it out.”

“A friend was driving me around and took a shortcut through the park to get to another street. Park appeared very well maintained, all the homes were very attractively painted and accessories from the street. Likely too high rent for me, lol”

“I lived in that park in the late 80's. I lived in a 1955 travel trailer, with a "Florida room" built on. I was only in my late teens at the time, but everyone was pretty nice.”

“Beautiful community! Integrity Vapor Barrier Service has had the pleasure of working in here quite a few times and we love the opportunity Everytime because the community standards as a whole are impeccable! The staff has always been warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The residents are hands down the most interactive friendliest group of people and seem to really have a family community vibe to it. Definitely a beautiful community!”

“Love this place. Very family oriented tight-knit community. Everyone has a life story to tell. The park is owned by a great owner as well ran tight and right. Corporate Management, property Management and Maintenance work fast on getting any issues fixed in a quick fashion.. Responses to complaints promptly. Respected and respectful staff. Just wish more people would talk to the staff politely instead of talking threw them. Nothing can be heard if only thing that can be heard is noise (yelling and screaming). Everyone owns their own trailer. The property is kept up really well. overall a great place to be. Right next to the water at that.”

“Nice resident-owned park with some pet friendly housing. Would be a five star in my book if was not located on Uber Crazy Double Crazy US19. Pool, billiards, shuffle board, and all the amenities. Looks nice.”

“A wonderful, quiet 55+ modular home community with an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. A dinner/civic room, pool tables, cards tables and a library are inside the community center. Great grassy park area on Tampa Bay with a Gazebo (being built), benches and picnic tables. The homes are well maintained and cared for. We are in the process of purchasing a reasonably priced home here currently. The only downfall we've found is the very heavy traffic just outside the park. US19 is very busy during the daytime.”

“This community is a quiet place. Many helpful services for the people that live in it. Yes a couple documentaries have been made about the community which has drawn extra attention to it. The grounds are well kept. It is truly a adult only community. You do not find people just hanging out that do not live in the park. As some of these reviews state: "people have to live some place". Again I will say grounds are well kept and it is a quiet place with little outside traffic.”

“Park is awesome, great management, the manager cares a lot about the park and it's residence, the park has made a complete turn around in the past couple of years. But could use a remodel on the clubhouse to top it off and make this park a 5 star park”

“My grandparents bought a mobile home here in 1972. I was born in 1972!! We would visit every summer as I was growing up. So many good memories of the pool and going on my grandpas boat to caledeci island. Of course they have been gone for many, many years. I thought I would see if this park still exists...so glad to see it does!”

“We recently stayed here with our converted cargo trailer, and it was a great stay! The campground was clean and facilities well maintained. We don't have a restroom in our camper, so we used the bathroom and showers on site. They were cleaned daily and even had a lock code. They had daily events, but since we were busy sightseeing we didn't get to attend any. The playground was small but clean. Check in process was easy, and they helped accomodate the fact we needed to be able to walk to restrooms but also had a young child so needed further space from highway. We used a white noise machine in our camper, so the road noise didn't bother us much. Traffic is busy on road in front, but we just waited and we were able to easily pull out each time. They had a staff member guide us to our spot, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend! Was about 45 minute drive to zoo area and 30 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park. Will definitely be back!”
