“Love this place. Very family oriented tight-knit community. Everyone has a life story to tell. The park is owned by a great owner as well ran tight and right. Corporate Management, property Management and Maintenance work fast on getting any issues fixed in a quick fashion.. Responses to complaints promptly. Respected and respectful staff. Just wish more people would talk to the staff politely instead of talking threw them. Nothing can be heard if only thing that can be heard is noise (yelling and screaming). Everyone owns their own trailer. The property is kept up really well. overall a great place to be. Right next to the water at that.”

“This community is a quiet place. Many helpful services for the people that live in it. Yes a couple documentaries have been made about the community which has drawn extra attention to it. The grounds are well kept. It is truly a adult only community. You do not find people just hanging out that do not live in the park. As some of these reviews state: "people have to live some place". Again I will say grounds are well kept and it is a quiet place with little outside traffic.”

“We purchased our retirement home and it was completed in April 2020. The place is beautiful. The park is very clean, friendly, quiet, with many amenities. I do not live there yet, but my visits so far has been great. Debbie Brown was our realtor and she was so supportive to us throughout the whole process. After the house was placed, she met all the utilities companies for us as we live in Massachusetts and was unable to be there. Debbie Brown has gone as far as waiting for our furniture delivery, watering our lawn, and being there for us under all circumstances. we are still in the process of fixing up the house and will be retiring there real soon. “Well maintained, beautiful campground with lots to do! Kayaking, mini golf, cycle rentals, fishing, swimming, and more. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Trash was picked up quickly and firewood delivered to our site quickly when needed. The camp store had anything you might need plus a lot of fun stuff too. The cabins are very clean and beautiful. The pool was clean, clear and just the right temp. Just a few minutes drive to the beach as well as many stores in the area if you want to do some shopping. Very family friendly campground!”

“We kept a boat trailer & truck here for a month. Clean, kept mowed and kept locked with a tall chain-link fence surrounding the property, tenants at gate keep an eye on things so felt very secure, reasonable price and easy to work with owner, we will use again when in the area.”
